M1A1 AIM

With the new update out, the BR’s have changed for all of the Abrams variants in a well needed attempt to decompress some of the middle to high tier areas. The part that interests me is the M1A1 AIM. I’d like to hear your guys’s thoughts on this. To start, in comparison the M1A1 HC/Clickbait both received a buff with M829A2 while obtaining the BR of 11.7. The M1A2 was left at the same 11.7 BR, giving it a buff. The AIM however did not receive any kind of buff, but was moved up in BR to 11.7. Now the M1A1 sits at a new BR of 11.3 and operates with its M829A1 shell, which in comparison to the AIM’s KEW, is slightly better. In comparison with all of the variants just listed, the AIM does has gen 2 thermals, giving it an advantage over all of the variants mentioned, and it does have DU in its turret cheeks, giving it an advantage only over the M1A1. Now the tricky part is its “lower performing” shell. I say it quotations because the KEW round does get the job done, however it’s just not on par with its other newly buffed variants. Does the better thermals and DU checks warrant an 11.7 BR, or does its “lower performing” round warrant it to maybe sit at 11.3?
