Titania weapons not in arsenal

Hello guys, returning player here. I got titania prime from twitch as i lvled her to lvl 30 as he exalted weapons i dont have her weapons in arsenal. I cant put mods. So is there something i am missing or? I did not do quest for regular titania but i dont think that is a issue. If some1 knows how to fix this please let me know. Thank you
