Podium vault in Sanctum Anatomica.

Ever since the update I can no longer open these. I click on the podium, the four symbols pop up, and before the hotfix I could activate the symbols in whatever order as long as they were all activated and it opened. Now I tried doing them in order, activating, deactivating, and activating them again, choosing random symbols not shown. Nothing works, the vault simply won't open no matter what symbols are marked.

Anyone else running into this issue? It literally only happened after the hotfix, I did it dozens of times before while grinding disruption and alchemy missions for Dante parts. All the other secret rooms open just fine, it is only this one I am having issues with.
