MR Doesnt equate knowledge/Skill

This is more for people that are newer to the game or looking for specific builds. MR does not equate to someone having good skill or knowledge. MR LITERALLY only means that person has acquired and leveled up various weapons, frames, archwings and archweapons, mechs, railjack, etc. This also goes with some of the WarFrame youtubers. Ive found better builds on so many weapons and frames from random players, and gotten better build advice from people that basically run only 1 or 2 things on a regular basis.
