Calculate armor value

Anyone know how to calculate armor in warframe, googled it and things either didn't work or where outdated.

Im a Frost prime player, I have 855 armor at base then 450 from arcane guardian, and then a plus 374% from elemental ward, how do it figure out how damage reduction I get from it and also how to calculate it all together
