MR3 farming tips?

Hey guys! As a fairly new player coming from TFD, im a bit lost on how to locate parts to farm. Is there a glossary or list on how to acquire parts to build weapons and warframes? I play a lot of osrs and am super spoiled by their wiki, as well as tfdfarm, does warframe have something similar?
