Cant complete the purchase

So i saw this offer of the Deathleaper character (which i dont have him yet) and decided to buy him, and for some reason it wont let me buy him, i checked my bank, I checked my payment method and its all working fine for everything else, in fact i was able to buy the blackstone for 2$ off the game as a test.. has anyone having the same problem?
