Anybody graduate with a Bachelors in IT Management? And is it worth it?

I’m re enrolling into IT Management because I work at a help desk and got tired of it. I have A+ and Sec +. I plan on taking net+ in a couple months. I’m more interested in projects and related areas and was wondering what jobs people have gotten with IT management Bachelors degree and if it’s worth it.
