Accuracy of this review?

Hi all!

Wondering who has been sailing on the Scarlet Lady recently, it seems, according to this youtuber, that the ship is struggling with fuller voyages. His main gripes are not being able to book things unless you are on board early (before 3pm), that everything is just too small for the amount of sailors, and that everything used to be better. I know he has been sailing since the beginning of Virgin so I appreciate the review. I will admit based on the YT videos I was watching from the last year or so I was wondering how the ship would do with larger sailings, but wondering how anyone has done on a more recent Scarlet Lady sailing and seeing if you had the same concerns/experiences!
