Help 1 fps

A couple of days ago I had valorant running in the background and all of a sudden it crashed with the error message "Graphics driver crashed". Ever since then when I load into a game as soon as the second round starts my fps drops to 1 and stays that way even in menus after the game has ended (the only time it doesn't drop to 1fps that I've found so far is in a custom deathmatch, but not after it has already dropped to 1 fps)

what i have tried:

- reinstalling valorant

- updating my graphics driver (its Intel(R) UHD Graphics 610)
