high ping issues

ill be playing at a good 40 - 50 ping then randomly for a good 30 minutes ill have 300+ ping. my internet is still perfectly fine, everything else on my computer is working flawlessly, im getting 558 mbs download and 70 mbs upload, but Valorant is having 300 ping. ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my pc, im at a loss
