How can I make eyes and eyebrows visible through hair with the newer Poiyomi using Stencils?

I am using an anime game model, I have seperated the hair, eyebrows, and eyes as Poiyomi's tutorial from 2019, but things have dramatically changed since that version. Currently being on 9.1.11.
