How to get the special bunnies?

Hi, PLs don't spoil who the special bunnies are -

I think I've got all the regular bunnies.

How do I get the others? Is it with buildings? Or certain actions?

Please don't spoil what the bunny I get with the building. I'm trying to avoid spoilers on who the bunnies are. Said twice just in case missed.
