Social Media Managers alternative

I am looking for an alternative to Upwork as a Social Media Manager. I have been scammed countless times, and I am tired of paying for proposals when I don't even hear back from them. I have a great deal of experience and spend a lot of time writing meaningful proposals. I would like to find a similar site that DOESNT CHARGE TO APPLY TO JOBS!!! LinkedIn is also garbage so please don't suggest it. I cold call most of the time, but I have been struggling with finding long-term clients/projects
