Non-Car reliant Travel suggestions for vacation in the US

Im American but severely disabled and unable to drive myself any longer. However I am interested in going on a trip for a vacation this year, and Im looking for some advice for some nice places to travel to that dont rely heavily on me driving. Im mostly introverted but interested in doing some more extroverted events to get out of my shell. I like indoor activities aside from water based activity and theme/amusement parks. Im not able to walk for significantly long amounts of time due to my disabilities, so id also prefer low physically intense activities.
