Anyone else's office requiring RCAs to go in tomorrow?

My area got hit hard by the snow which put several routes behind due to call outs and lack of trucks. Today my supervisor told me that all the RCAs are required to go to work tomorrow to catch up. I am wondering if any other offices are doing this?

Side note, I am calling out because I have appointments I scheduled while under the impression they couldn't make us work that day. I told my supervisor this and he told me it's mandatory for all RCAs. I am however, unavailable.
