Having a hard time qualifying

Just finished up my second week driving. I keep finishing like an hour over. It’s frustrating because im literally running to the houses and back to the truck. Not taking a break and barely drinking water. Showing up two hours early to organize my truck too. Friday I probably spent fifteen minutes in total trying to get the truck into reverse. (Shift inhibited) twice this week I got out on the road and had to come back and change my diad because it wouldn’t go to the gps when I put it in the cradle. I do like the job. When I check the computer in the morning it has me getting from One apartment stop to another in like two minutes, but there’s speed bumps all over the place and a lot of times I’m running up to the third floor and having to confirm apartment numbers on the first floor first so I don’t run all the way up the wrong set of stairs. Hopefully they’re telling me I’m doing worse than I am so that I don’t take my foot of the gas. I asked my supervisor if I should put in the full hour break and just eat the thirty minutes pay so I could qualify, but they said that’s cheating the system. :( the one thing that I guess is reassuring is that I’m the only one of the new guys on a “real route” at least according to sups. I really hope I can get it together and make this work.. any advice ?
