Received an email about tracking but I didn’t order anything?

I got an email about a package coming my way next week but I never ordered anything. I have never even heard of this company before, its really weird. I inputted the tracking number to the real UPS website and its headed for my town. Has his happened to anybody before? Is this a scam? What do I do?
