My feast
I don't cook a "Sunday Roast Dinner" every week because I live alone and I don't want to do it that often since it's a bit of a palaver.
So I cook it to celebrate particular dates throughout the year, roughly every 6-ish weeks.
On this plate are: Brussels Sprouts, juicy roasted Gammon slices, a portion of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans, sweetcorn), cabbage, roast potatoes, honey glazed parsnips, sage and onion stuffing, and a couple of roasted red onions.
Gravy made with the water from the vegetables is in the jug.
