Thinking of leaving Barclays for another bank

Hi all,

I've been with Barclays for 20+ years as my current account, but they've not been that great or competitive really.

I've been told the Blue members program is changing that makes it no longer attractive, previously it gave me a slightly better savings rate.

What is the best big bank I could move to these days? I would say high street banks, but I think this no longer really applies nowadays.

Also, how trouble free is the switch process?
