Summer 2024 $685 rent

Hey ! We are looking to sublease our apartment at the Pointe at Central for the Summer 2024 semester. We have 4 (private) rooms available, and the unit is a 4x2! It’s affiliated with UCF, includes shuttle service and parking. Within a 10 min drive to campus and is in a gated community! Move in date can be flexible, move out is August 1st. The rooms are furnished and rent will be $685 per month utilities/water included.
