Need help figuring out how to get approved for the Citi Cash Back card

Hello, I earn 80k AED a month as a salaried employee, and I recently applied for the Citi Cash Back card. However, I received the following response:

"Unfortunately, we could not process your application as you do not meet the minimum eligibility criteria for this product. Please visit www.citibank.ae for an overview of our products."

I’m confused because I thought I met the income requirement. My credit history is clean, and I haven’t had any issues with other cards. Does anyone know what might have gone wrong or what other eligibility factors I might be missing?
