Alternatives for people who can't provide finger prints

Hi everyone. I am a student planning to study abroad and UAE is one of my options. But due to medical reasons I have issues scanning my finger print for biometric collection for Id creation.

Is there any way to know if the UAE government provides alternatives to finger print scanning that does not require physical contact? Who can I contact? My home country has provided me with alternatives.

I already contacted UAE immigration and is yet to recieve a reply from them.

Edit: Ive asked this question in other places and this sub's the only one that has been unnecessarily rude. I'm second guessing going to UAE even if I get an exemption
