Examples of cut content literally being visible in the game?

Something you see in the game you know was meant to be utilized, but wasn't because it got cut or unfinished.

Since CDPR confirmed Phantom Liberty will be Cyberpunk 2077's only expansion DLC, we will never get a completed North Oak territory (located at the top-right of the map). The most jarring thing on that area is you can see a giant luxury/casino building surrounded by an oasis from afar to the right. That's such a tease for future content we'll never get and it's baffling CDPR never removed that building and just let it sit there.
