Twitch keeps freezing

Anyone know why my twitch streams keep freezing on me? This is happening on channels i'm subbed to as well so i don't think it's adblock related, but could be. I just get the buffering wheel in the middle of the screen and have to refresh the page. Sometimes refreshing works, other times it does not. But is happening across multiple streamers, not just a single one
