Apartments lenient on pet policy?

Hello, I am looking for an apartment in Burnsville/Savage/Apple Valley/Eagan/Rosemount/Prior Lake and even Bloomington/Edina/Richfield areas that are lenient with pet policies, as I have three cats. I have already reached out to many apartments in the Burnsville area without much luck. If you know of any place that has been cool with three or that doesn't really inspect the units at all, please let me know! Also bonus if rent is on the affordable side for a two bedroom ($1700 or less/month) Thank you!
