stay in tunisia with dream salary or go to germany with normal salary

Hi everyone!

i recently got a remote job that is paying me 5K usd per month as a software engineer, but i also received an offer from a really big and well known company in germany with 50k euros per year salary (before taxes), should i stay here with this job or move to germany? what would you do?
