My first rug! Advice appreciated ☺️

I had my first tufting experience on Friday, and I loved it so much! The first image is the rug all done, I practiced cutting and carving with the clippers when I got home (which I found the hardest part!) , the last image shows it when it was first done, and the second image shows some examples of the carving 😊

I would really appreciate some help or feedback with this rug, I know I have a lot to improve on, especially with more detailed sections like the faces (I did the features first as in the class I was taking they recommend this, is this the best way?). Also I can see I’ve mixed some sections by putting my lines too close such as in the orange and white bits, is this from overlapping the lines ? I used just one thread of acrylic yarn for all the sections, I think going forward I will double it up and maybe up one piece for detailed sections.

Really looking forward to making more rugs, hoping to improve on the next one 😅🤣 any advice would be really appreciated, thank you!
