2023 Property Tax

Hello,

Just received my property tax statement for 2023 and there looks to be about a 46% increase (2022 was around $1,200 and 2023 is $1,750). Has anyone else seen such a large increase or have any indication as to why this might be the case. Property is located in midtown.
