My Knife Collection! Plus New Cutting Board!
Hey guys, quite new to the this thread. Here is my knife collection. I am quite happy with almost all my purchases and love this new larchwood end-grain board! Please let me know if you guys have any questions. I am also looking to get some more lasers but I am getting overwhelmed with how many options there are. If you guys can let me know your favorites that would be great. Looking for probably a bunka or another 240mm kirutske. Otherwise ill be getting a honesuki or sujihiki. Also, are nigaras considered lasers? I am asking so I know what to compare my next purchase to. I feel like my thinest knife is the Yoshihiro.
