Quitting my current job

I've been with this company for a few months now, and while things were fine at first with no major issues, things have changed recently. There's noticeable tension in the shop, dispatch, and other areas. My trck had an engine light on, but disptch kept pushing me to run it despite the fact that it woldn't go past 55 MPH and kept downshifting until it eventually stopped. I brought it to the shop and have been waiting for days.

They gave me another trck in the meantime, but it had similar issues. On top of that, I had to clean it myself in freezing weather because they didn’t bother detailing it before handing it off to me. After transferring my stuff, I found that it wouldn’t even start, so it’s basically useless. Now, I’ve been stuck waiting for over a week, and it feels like no one cares or acknowledges the effort I’ve made to keep things moving. It seems like all they care about is getting the loads delivered, even if it means putting drivers in non-functional trcks.

I’m at my breaking point and feel like quitting. Should I give a two-week notice or just grab my stuff and leave? My trck is still in the shop and won’t be fixed for several days, maybe even weeks. I want to leave on good terms if possible since this is my first trucking job, but I don’t know how to handle this situation. Any advice or recommendations?
