Ffs advide?

Thinking on Torres actually, don’t know how to raise 20k (he said i need hair line lowering, fat transfer to cheeks, eye brow shaving type 3 contouring, genioplasty and also rhinoplasty which iva already had and don t think i need it again) What do you think?

I am from Italy btw, post op, ffs is the last surgery i want
