yo for commonapp, how does submitting highschool grades work for transfer?

i can't find where to add my highschool transcript, input my GPA, or anything? do we do this for transfer? do we have to get our councillor to send it to commonapp? if so how do we even do that? I just can't seem to figure out where to find any information on this for the commonapp. same for the coalition although i can see where to put the gpa
