Nipples still black

So I had top surgery 19 days ago - lollipop incisions - and I’m having some concerns about one of my nipples. It’s still partially black. My other nipple is healing great, it’s already bright pink and the scabs are falling off, but this one just seems to either lighten very slowly or not at all. One of the surgeons I consulted suggested necrosis, but he doesn’t specialise in top surgeries - the other ones all said that it’s normal. However, it’s a bit concerning, since there hasn’t been much progress on it, especially compared to my other nipple. This side of my chest has been through a lot - multiple seromas, torn stitches, restitching - so I’m afraid it might’ve cut off the blood flow to my nipple. How did your nipples heal? Is there anything I can do? I’ll be consulting a surgeon again soon.
