If you were considering a reduction vs totally flat, how’d you make your choice?

I have a hard time envisioning what I’d look like either way so that doesn’t help. I’m genderqueer and like to be fluid with my expression. On one hand it would be cool to have a nipple preserving reduction, I’d be small enough to bind more easily but still about a B/C cup so not quite as small as I’d like. Masculinizing top surgery is tempting for the ability to be shirtless/wear see through things (in some contexts as I don’t pass as a man) and not needing to bind at all with the ability to create the illusion of breasts when I want them. My ideal body is tiny A cups with nipple sensation preserved but it’s just not an option.
