Can't Find: Hex Bolt 1/2 x 2 5/8

Naturally, I lost two bolts putting together a home gym. I did lose or put in the wrong place another bolt I found a replacement for at Home Depot, but cannot find the size listed in the title. Looking for black in color to match the others. It's the 2 5/8 part that's given me this issue when searching. Is this a rare size where most places don't carry it?
