I cant ejaculate?

I dont know why but i think its because im still 13 but even tho people say i haven't reached my growth spurt . But i think i already hit it because i wont grow taller my hair growth is fast and im scared that i have a condition. I cant really ask my parents to get me to a doctor for check up because i dont really have anyone right now because of family problems please help im really really scared
