painful experience so far trying to buy GJ packages

I have been reloaded so many times sent back with something went wrong and unavailable.

I was in the queue for over 4 hours then finally got in and then any package I tried for bus or train was rejected for 'something went wrong' or 'unavailable.' For the last 35 minutes I have been trying to buy anything and nothing is working. Now I am back in the queue.

Anyone else experiencing the same?
