Can anyone tell me what’s going on?

I’ve used all different types of batteries but it still won’t work. The screen is ment yo light up in a matter of seconds but it isn’t. Also there is not beep or vibrate from the speaker. I was just going to fire up the tiny hawk after being in storage for a month and the radio wouldn’t turn on.
