how to get back to main yalahar

hi i just got access to yalahar, after following a levelling guide it suggested it suggested hunting ghouls until level 30 in the cemetery quarter, but now im lost and cant get back, cant use main gate, and the way i came the guy doesn't teleport me back, feel pretty stupid hopefully im not stuck lol
