Has anybody actually given Thundercats Roar a chance?

In all honesty when I first saw the trailer for Roar, I was disgusted and offended. I grew up watching old VHS tapes of Thundercats then watched it again when it was on Toonami. The music, the lessons, the heart, and the friendship were all beautifully done. I was bored one day and figured, let me give it a fair shot. I watched and was pleasantly surprised that it had lessons, used the original music and was actually really funny. Not every episode is a hit of course and not giving snarf a speaking role feels like a missed opportunity. I can definitely feel that they really cared and really tried with the show. So have you given it a fair chance?
