Rend armor

Hello guys

So I’m wondering when it makes sense to get rend armor I’ll do like 40 billion coin runs and 10 k cells in T7. Mostly I farm in T7 oder T8. I’m almost able to clear wave 4500 in t9. I just want to know, do I build rend armor before the wall ? When is the best time to do it
