Hitting a SoftCap T6, what next?

I cant seem to progress anymore No matter which Tier 5 to 7 i choose, i always die at wave 600 to 700 It seems kinda boring doing my 20th run and dying at the same location Currently earning around 4.5million coins per run What can i do?
