Why does azula have blue fire bending ?

I saw a post where it said that azula is a very experienced firebbender and she’s an expert in it now which is why her fire is blue. That’s understandable but but how come avatar Roku’s fire wouldn’t be blue ? Or even Aang and Korra when they mastered the element ?
