Is there a BDSM scene in The Hague

Hi Everybody,
I (m, 36) recently moved to The Hague and really love it. Quiet streets, nice city center with bars and restaurants and of course the beach. However, I am having issues meeting people in the city, particularly who are more active in the BDSM scene. I dont enjoy online dating and was wondering whether there are some spots for that in the city?
