Immigration Compliance Enforcement (ICE) Teams

I've been looking into jobs in Immigration Enforcement and discovered the ICE branch, who are in charge of Immigration offences.
The strange thing is they have no social media presence, no official website and seemingly no way to join them, with the Immigration Enforcement main website only advertising occasional vacancies. I
I'm fairly sure they still exist but basically all information to do with them seems a few years old.

Are they some sort of specialist internal unit that's hard to join or are they defunct? Any help would be appreciated.
