Huge Whirlpool Additions
Lager brewer here, so not used to big hop additions in the whirlpool. Brewing on an ABE kettle/WP system we find that if we go above 2g/l our trub cone starts to suffer and we end up pulling hazy wort and/or trub into the FV or leaving behind loads of wort. Lots of brewers seem to be adding 4g/l of hops or more to the WP for hazy's - question is : what does your trub cone / wort look like??
