You need to charge, chargers are being blocked off by gas vehicles, how do you respond?

If you absolutely need to charge, do you wait, do you ask the person, are you confrontational, what’s your first move?

I’ve grown up in a yeeyee town of less than 4k people and as much as I’d like to say I’d just nicely ask them to move; I know I would have a better time just waiting, even though that sucks.
