I broke a world record?!

So the world record for shortest relationship is 3 minutes, according to an article posted July 22nd, 2024 on Times of India. Well I just broke that record by a good 2.5 minutes.

So for some context, my best friend Levi and I (he's had a crush on me for a while now) were playing truth or dare. Well for some reason, whenever we play truth or dare, it ends up turning into full-on psychological warfare within minutes. Well at the end of the game, it was his turn to give me a dare and he thought for a while. Then he decided to dare me to date him. I hatched a really brilliant plan in my head. For a bit I was like 'nah choose a different dare' but then eventually pretended to agree - emphasis on pretended. So yeah we were officially dating, but then I said 'guess what', he said 'what', and I said 'we're breaking up'. Now he had wasted his dare and was still single LMAO

Well I actually timed it, turned out we were dating for 32 seconds. Only reason it took that long was cause I had to type on a flip phone 💀. In any case, that breaks the world record by 2 minutes and 28 seconds. So yay me for being the holder of the funniest - and saddest, for Levi - world record xD

We're still friends if you were wondering. I'm not normally friends with my exes, but I think I can make an exception, just this once xD
