Got zoned out in gym

Its day 3 of me going to gym, today was my leg day and I just hated myself.

Jo banda 130kg squat maar ra tha voh aaj 65 pr struggle kar ra tha

Jo banda 200kg leg press kar ra tha aaj voh 95 mai hi kaap ra tha

Jo banda 70-80kg leg extension karta tha aaj voh sirf 30-40 kar pa ra tha

But I wont lose and in one month I will recover all of this. I will lose 1 kg of body weight within this week and I will make it happen.

To all the beginners

Never stop going to gym even in your bad times, never quit your diet. You will feel worse and it will be very difficult to restart again.
